The price covers round-trip hotel transfer by minivan, entrance to the I-Resort Spa complex, a 20-minute mineral mud bath, the mineral extract treatment, and lunch (rice with beef and egg, fresh salad, watermelon juice). All-day access to the thermal pools, jacuzzi, waterfalls, sauna, and the waterpark slides is included.
Transfers from outlying areas are paid separately, per car: from Cam Ranh — $30 (1–6 pax) or $50 (7–14 pax); from Diamond Bay, Amiana, Alibu and DO Theatre — $20 or $30; from Zoklet, GM Resort and Paradise — $60 or $90; from Oceanus, Horizon and King Town (north) — $10 or $30. Personal expenses and tips for staff are also not included.
A minivan picks you up directly from your hotel in Nha Trang at around 09:00. The exact time and pickup spot are confirmed after booking. If your hotel is in Cam Ranh, Diamond Bay, Zoklet or north of central Nha Trang (Oceanus, Horizon, King Town), a paid private transfer is required.
The tour runs about 6 hours: from 09:00 (hotel pickup) to around 15:00 (return to hotel). The mud bath itself takes 20 minutes; the rest of the day you relax freely in the thermal pools, jacuzzi, sauna and the waterpark slides.
The mud bath lasts 20 minutes — you soak in a tub of warm natural mineral mud. The treatment helps relieve fatigue, relax muscles and improve skin condition. Right after the mud you have a mineral extract treatment, and then full-day access to thermal pools at different temperatures and the jacuzzi.
Lunch is served at the complex and includes rice with beef and egg, a fresh salad and freshly squeezed watermelon juice. If you are vegetarian, have allergies or other dietary restrictions, please mention this when booking — we'll try to arrange an alternative with the restaurant.
Yes, children are welcome. A child between 100 and 120 cm pays the child rate children under 100 cm enter free. From 120 cm upwards the adult rate. The waterpark slides and shallower thermal pools are well suited for families, but parents must supervise children near the water.
The group is 10–20 people travelling together by minivan. Inside the I-Resort complex itself you relax at your own pace: the mud bath, thermal pools and rest areas are designed for individual use, and the guide does not lead the group around the resort.
Bring swimwear, sun protection (SPF 50+ cream, sunglasses, a hat, a light long-sleeved cotton shirt or sarong), comfortable footwear (flip-flops, sandals or Crocs), your phone or camera, and some cash for personal expenses and tips. It's safer to store documents and valuables in a safe at the complex's reception.
The programme runs in any weather — the I-Resort Spa complex operates year-round, and the mud baths, thermal pools, jacuzzi and sauna are accessible regardless of rain. Whether the waterpark slides open during heavy wind or rainfall is decided by the complex's staff based on safety.
Yes, the tour is comfortable for older guests and people with limited mobility: the programme requires no physical effort or long walks, and the mud bath and thermal pools are relaxing. If you have high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant or have recently had surgery, please consult a doctor first — hot mineral treatments and mud baths aren't suitable for everyone.
