1. User Agreement
1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between IE Kurtov M.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the User) regarding the use of the Website. The Agreement is a public offer from the Company.
2. By using the Website, including viewing pages and materials of the Website, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the Legal Information of the Website and the Agreement. Use of the Website by the User means the User's acceptance of the Agreement and unconditional acceptance of its terms.
3. By using any service of the Company, the User automatically accepts the Agreement.
User Obligations
1. The User confirms that they have read the terms of the Agreement.

5. The User agrees not to perform other actions prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the User's country of residence.
Company Rights
1. The Company reserves the right to modify the Website at its discretion.
2. The Company may make changes to the Agreement unilaterally without special notification. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Website.
3. The Company reserves the right to deny Users access to the Website in case of violation of the Agreement terms.
4. The Company is not liable for any harm, damage, loss of information, or losses arising from the use of the Website.
5. The Company agrees to notify users of significant changes to the Website usage terms by publishing notifications on the website or via email (if available).
Liability
1. The User acknowledges the risks associated with obtaining information through the Website.
2. The Company is not liable for any damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of the Website, except in cases explicitly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Other Terms
1. This Agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance of its terms by the User and is perpetual.
2. The Company has the right to modify the Agreement without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website.
3. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in courts at the Company's location in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
