Legal information and User Agreement

1. General Provisions

   The website https://www.tisland.travel/, including all levels of the specified domain (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), contains materials protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property objects, including but not limited to: texts, photographs, audio and video materials, graphic images, musical and sound works.

   The exclusive rights to the selection, arrangement, systematization, and transformation of data published on the Website, as well as to the original materials, belong to TRASYS Limited Liability Company (TRASYS LLC), TIN 1800037763, KPP 180001001, OGRN 1251800008745 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

This Agreement does not provide for the transfer of exclusive rights or the granting of an exclusive license to the User. Use of Website materials for commercial purposes is permitted only with the written consent of the Company.

2. User Agreement

   This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between TRASYS LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User") when using the Website. The Agreement constitutes a public offer.

   By using the Website, including viewing pages and materials, the User confirms that they have read and agree with this Legal Information and the Agreement. Use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement terms.

3. User Obligations

   The User agrees to:

   • use the Website in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
   • refrain from actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Website;
   • not post or distribute materials that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation.

   The User is prohibited from:

   • engaging in extremist activities;

   • posting content containing threats, defamation, or other illegal materials;
   • performing other actions prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the country of the User's residence.

   If the Website materials are intended for persons over 18 years of age, the User confirms that they have reached the specified age. The Company is not responsible for use of the Website by persons under 18 years of age.

4. Company Rights

   The Company reserves the right to:

   • modify the content and functionality of the Website;
   • make changes to the Agreement without prior notice;
   • restrict or terminate access to the Website in case of violation of the Agreement terms.

   The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website. The Company is not liable for damage, losses, or loss of information arising from the use of the Website, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Liability

   The User assumes the risks associated with the use of information published on the Website. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website and is not liable for temporary technical failures. The Company's liability is limited to the extent established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Other Terms

   The Agreement is effective indefinitely from the moment of its acceptance by the User. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at the location of the Company. The Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party resources. The Company is not responsible for the content and accuracy of information published on such resources.

   An integral part of this Agreement is the Agreement for the Purchase of Services through the Website.
