There's no strict age limit, but the child must be at least 1.2 m tall and weigh 25 kg or more — this is a gear requirement. Kids under 16 who are shorter than 1.5 m pay the child rate; 1.5 m and taller pay the adult rate. Children under 1.2 m or lighter than 25 kg cannot take part in the activity.
The maximum guest weight on the zipline is 120 kg and the minimum is 25 kg. Alcohol before and during the activity is prohibited under park safety rules. If you have any medical concerns, please check eligibility when booking.
The course was designed by foreign specialists, and the equipment is imported from Europe and certified to European safety standards. Before starting, you'll get a mandatory safety briefing and gear fitting (10–15 minutes), an instructor accompanies you on the course, and medical insurance is included in the price.
You'll need closed-toe shoes without heels (sneakers, trainers or Crocs) and comfortable clothes — long shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Bring sun protection, mosquito repellent, a swimsuit and towel for swimming in the creek, a change of clothes, and cash for personal expenses. A waterproof phone case and a camera are optional.
Yes, lunch at the Kong Forest restaurant is included and served after the zipline — it's a daily set menu. Alcohol is not included and is prohibited before and during the activity under park safety rules.
The price includes a round-trip transfer from Nha Trang, an English-speaking instructor, the 90–120 minute Canopy Tour activity, a personal locker and photos during the activity, lunch at the park's restaurant, and medical insurance.
The transfer departs from the Gold Coast hotel at 1 Tran Hung Dao Street, Loc Tho district, Nha Trang. Sessions run daily at 09:00, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00 — confirm the exact transfer time when booking. Pickup from Cam Ranh is available only for groups of 10 or more.
The zipline activity itself lasts 90–120 minutes, plus 10–15 minutes for the safety briefing and gear fitting. Including the transfer to Hon Ba mountain, lunch and free time for swimming in the creek, the trip takes about half a day.
A maximum of 10 guests are allowed per session at Kong Forest — this is a park safety rule. Sessions run four times a day (09:00, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00), which spreads guests across different time slots.
The park's instructors are English-speaking Thai staff; the safety briefing and on-course supervision are in English. A Russian-speaking guide is not part of the standard programme — please ask about Russian-speaking support when booking.
