We used the skip-the-line immigration service. It was so nice to know we didn't have to stand in that huge line after a long flight. We were given a dedicated employee and a dedicated window, where we were shown. But the crowd stood there, perplexed, asking, "Is that even possible?" Overall, I highly recommend this skip-the-line service! You definitely won't regret it! They also organize transfers to your hotel, in case that's helpful.

I booked "fast track" in Bangkok. I was met at the boarding gate, and while I was standing in line at passport control, my luggage was already received. After that, they helped me get a SIM card and escorted me to the metro. The whole process took about 20-30 minutes. When I saw the regular line, I realized my idea was the right one. We used the Fast Track service on a flight from Phuket International Airport in January. Since this is peak season, it's definitely worth it! We booked it with Treasure Island 48 hours before departure. The tour operator refused, citing the late request deadline (they require a minimum of 72 hours). Ultimately, everything at the airport was super quick and comfortable. The only downside is the need to speak to an English-speaking Thai on the phone 15 minutes before your arrival at the airport so they can meet you for this service if you're getting to the airport on your own. This would be very difficult without knowledge of the language. Thanks to Treasure Island for this service! It's absolutely worth the money.

Before a charter flight (and it was a huge plane), I'm always nervous, worried about standing in line for hours at passport control. On the advice of friends, I contacted Treasure Island, a company that offers a fast-track service (faster entry into the country). They sent me a link to pay in rubles and gave me detailed instructions: where and who would meet me, and which counter I'd go through for check-in. In the end, my worries were unfounded. Two lovely girls greeted me with a sign with my name on it, quickly ushered me through passport control, and collected my luggage. Literally 20 minutes later, I was on my way to my hotel in a taxi! I thank Treasure Island and their manager, Ilya, for the smooth organization of the meeting!
