We used the Fast Track service on a flight from Phuket International Airport in January. Since this is peak season, it's definitely worth it! We booked it with Treasure Island 48 hours before departure. The tour operator refused, citing the late request deadline (they require a minimum of 72 hours). Ultimately, everything at the airport was super quick and comfortable. The only downside is the need to speak to an English-speaking Thai on the phone 15 minutes before your arrival at the airport so they can meet you for this service if you're getting to the airport on your own. This would be very difficult without knowledge of the language. Thanks to Treasure Island for this service! It's absolutely worth the money.

Personalized meet and greet outside the airport building.
Escort through the initial security checkpoint.
Guidance to the airline’s check-in counter (standard queue based on service class. Note: Queue-free check-in not included).
Porter assistance for luggage.
Expedited immigration clearance.
Escort through the second security checkpoint to the departure hall.
Flight information assistance and special requests.
Wheelchair service (if needed).

Lounge Access includes unlimited:

What to bring

Coral staff will meet you at the drop-off area near Exit 3 with a sign displaying your last name. Upon arrival at the airport, they will greet you, guide you to the check-in counter, and assist you with expedited passport control.
The manager will provide you with additional instructions.

Important to known

Service for infants (0-2 years) is provided free of charge.
For children aged 2 and older, the service is provided for a fee.
Fast Track Service is provided by English-speaking staff from the service company.
The Fast Track service does not include transfer.
