We used the Fast Track service on a flight from Phuket International Airport in January. Since this is peak season, it's definitely worth it! We booked it with Treasure Island 48 hours before departure. The tour operator refused, citing the late request deadline (they require a minimum of 72 hours). Ultimately, everything at the airport was super quick and comfortable. The only downside is the need to speak to an English-speaking Thai on the phone 15 minutes before your arrival at the airport so they can meet you for this service if you're getting to the airport on your own. This would be very difficult without knowledge of the language. Thanks to Treasure Island for this service! It's absolutely worth the money.

I used the Fast Track service. This was my second time ordering it. Everything arrived promptly, efficiently, and clearly. It's like the song says: "The whole world envied us." Half the airport was truly envious of us, as we walked straight to the check-in counter, then went through passport control in a separate line, and calmly sat down in the lounge area. What could be better? Especially after a vacation, you're less inclined to stand in line. Thank you so much, I'll continue to use your services.

We used the fast track service, and we're incredibly happy with it. They met us right at the transfer station, picked up our bags, and were almost the first to the check-in counter. The rest took no more than 10 minutes. The airport was very crowded. Thank you so much. ❤️This is the only way to go now!

If I hadn't ordered this service, I would have probably missed my flight because of the queue! Not having to wait in line at passport control is a real treat; the check-in line is more than enough.

What to bring

  • For children aged 2 and older, the service is provided for a fee.
