I booked "fast track" in Bangkok. I was met at the boarding gate, and while I was standing in line at passport control, my luggage was already received. After that, they helped me get a SIM card and escorted me to the metro. The whole process took about 20-30 minutes. When I saw the regular line, I realized my idea was the right one. Otherwise, I would have had to wait in line for at least two hours. Thank you very much.

Description

Fast Track Immigration Service on Arrival
Location: Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi Airport, International Terminal
A service that ensures quick and seamless passage through immigration upon arrival.
Upon landing, designated staff will greet you at the aircraft gate with a personalized name sign and escort you through a dedicated fast-track lane for immigration.

What’s included in the Fast Track (VIP) Service on Arrival:
Meet-and-greet service in the arrival area.
Escort to the immigration counter for expedited passport control.

Additionally, you can book a buggy service: right after exiting the gate, you will be met and driven by buggy directly to passport control. This is especially convenient at Bangkok Airport, where the distance to immigration can be quite long.

What to bring

Upon arrival, a representative from Coral will meet you at the arrival gate near the jet bridge (before passport control) holding a sign with your name.
The manager will provide you with additional instructions.

Important to known

Service for infants (0-5 years) is provided free of charge.
For children aged 5 and older, the service is provided for a fee.
Fast Track Service is provided by English-speaking staff from the service company.
The Fast Track service does not include transfer or porter services.
If you cancel or change your reservation, a penalty of 10% of the reservation amount will be charged.
