Fast Track Phuket (International Terminal) – fast track access at the airport upon arrival

We asked for help organizing a fast track. Everything was done as promised. We also did it for a foreign friend; he couldn't find someone to meet him with a sign, but a staff member eventually found one. A staff member met us right after the bus. He quickly ushered us past the HUGE line and we were through security in 10 minutes. I'm grateful for this service.

This was my first time using the expedited passport control service. Having stood in line for about two and a half hours during my last visit to Thailand, I decided that my next encounter with Thailand wouldn't be such a hassle – after all, everything here should be perfect, from the very first moment! At the airport entrance, I was met by an airport representative holding a sign with my first and last name. After checking my voucher and digital arrival card, she led me past the endless line to a separate checkpoint, where I cleared passport control in a minute and finally fully arrived on Thai soil. Of course, if the flight is chartered, you still have to wait for everyone else. But during this time, I calmly exchanged rubles for baht, withdrawing cash directly from an ATM in the arrivals hall (thanks to a convenient service also provided by Treasure Island), got a Thai SIM card without having to wait in line, had a bite to eat, and was completely ready for further adventures in Thailand!

I booked the "meeting upon arrival and fast track through passport control" option for my friend. Everything went perfectly! She was thrilled with how quickly everything went. I didn't even have to wait at the exit. We met and went home satisfied. I'll be ordering this again.

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Treasure Island for such a wonderful service as Fast Track. The staff met us right as we exited the plane! They took us to the customs counter, then picked up our suitcases, loaded them, and helped us take them to the transfer! My two children and I were very tired after the flight. Going through security, retrieving our suitcases, and boarding the transfer took 30 minutes! We also took advantage of the hotel transfer! 50 minutes later, we were sitting by the hotel pool, enjoying our vacation! I highly recommend this service from Treasure Island to everyone!
