This was my first time using the expedited passport control service. Having stood in line for about two and a half hours during my last visit to Thailand, I decided that my next encounter with Thailand wouldn't be such a hassle – after all, everything here should be perfect, from the very first moment! At the airport entrance, I was met by an airport representative holding a sign with my first and last name. After checking my voucher and digital arrival card, she led me past the endless line to a separate checkpoint, where I cleared passport control in a minute and finally fully arrived on Thai soil. Of course, if the flight is chartered, you still have to wait for everyone else. But during this time, I calmly exchanged rubles for baht, withdrawing cash directly from an ATM in the arrivals hall (thanks to a convenient service also provided by Treasure Island), got a Thai SIM card without having to wait in line, had a bite to eat, and was completely ready for further adventures in Thailand!

On the advice of friends, I contacted Treasure Island, a company that offers a fast-track service (faster entry into the country). They sent me a link to pay in rubles and gave me detailed instructions: where and who would meet me, and which counter I'd go through for check-in. In the end, my worries were unfounded. Two lovely girls greeted me with a sign with my name on it, quickly ushered me through passport control, and collected my luggage. Literally 20 minutes later, I was on my way to my hotel in a taxi! I thank Treasure Island and their manager, Ilya, for the smooth organization of the meeting!

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Treasure Island for such a wonderful service as Fast Track. The staff met us right as we exited the plane! They took us to the customs counter, then picked up our suitcases, loaded them, and helped us take them to the transfer! My two children and I were very tired after the flight. Going through security, retrieving our suitcases, and boarding the transfer took 30 minutes! We also took advantage of the hotel transfer! 50 minutes later, we were sitting by the hotel pool, enjoying our vacation! I highly recommend this service from Treasure Island to everyone!

We used the Fast Track service upon arrival in Phuket. Our group of five people was met upon arrival by a company representative holding a sign as soon as we exited the jetway. He led us to a dedicated customs checkpoint and explained everything we needed to know. From disembarking the plane to baggage claim, it took no more than 10 minutes. The helpful staff helped us resolve our arrival time change and politely explained everything we needed to do. Clear instructions from A to Z left us satisfied with this service. Highly recommended.
Fast Track Immigration Service upon arrival, international terminal. The meeting takes place in the Coral Arrival Lounge, located before passport control. Check your name at the name board located at the lounge entrance. After your name is checked, you will be escorted and assisted through the Express Lane. The Fast Track Immigration Pass on arrival includes: Greeting guests. Escorting guests to the immigration counter for expedited passport control.

I booked the Fast Track service through Treasure Island. The very polite manager, Sonya, was always available and provided detailed information. We were met upon arrival. We went through passport control in less than five minutes, even though the overall queue was definitely two hours long.
