We answer your questions

The adult price includes hotel pickup and drop-off in Nha Trang, a Russian-speaking guide, lunch, entrance tickets to Ba Ho waterfall and Doc Let beach, and medical insurance. The included meal is lunch served between the waterfall and the beach stops.
You pay separately for water activities at Doc Let beach — jet skis, banana boat, parachute. Pickup from the Cam Ranh area costs an extra 30 USD per vehicle. Personal expenses, souvenirs, and tips for the guide are at your discretion.
Pickup is organised from hotels in Nha Trang — the driver and guide will collect you directly from your hotel around 07:00. Pickup from the Cam Ranh area is possible for an extra. We confirm the exact pickup time and location after booking.
The tour takes one day — about 12 hours from 07:00 to 16:00, including hotel transfer both ways. Time at the waterfall and the beach is split roughly evenly, and the order of stops may change depending on weather and road conditions.
This is a group tour with 10–20 participants. Transport is provided by air-conditioned minivans with a capacity of up to 8 passengers each, so a larger group is split across several vehicles.
The tour is conducted in Russian — a Russian-speaking guide from Travel Island leads the group. The guide is with you from hotel pickup until return and assists at every stop on the programme.
Yes, the tour is suitable for families with children. Kids up to 100 cm tall travel free, the child rate applies for children up to about 120 cm, and taller kids pay the adult rate. Keep in mind that reaching the waterfall involves a jungle trail, which can be tiring for very young children.
The route involves moderate physical activity: reaching Ba Ho waterfall requires walking a jungle trail, and the cascade itself has three tiers connected by walking over rocks. Guests with significant mobility limitations may find this section difficult, while the beach time at Doc Let is easy. If you have any health concerns, contact us before booking and we'll help suggest a lighter option.
Bring swimwear and a towel, drinking water, and sun protection — SPF 50+ cream, sunglasses, a hat, and a light long-sleeved shirt or pareo. Footwear should be comfortable and non-slip for the trail and wet rocks at the waterfall: secured sandals, Crocs, or rubber slip-ons work well. Also bring cash for personal expenses and water activities on the beach, plus a waterproof phone case if you plan to film near the water.
A lunch is included in the tour price, served between the waterfall visit and the relaxation time at Doc Let beach. Drinks beyond the lunch menu, snacks, and beach cocktails are paid separately. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements (vegetarian, no pork, etc.) when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
The tour runs in normal weather: in case of rain the order of stops may change — for example, we can go to Doc Let beach first and visit the waterfall once the rain eases. If there's a storm warning or prolonged heavy rain that makes the jungle trail unsafe, we'll contact you in advance to discuss rescheduling. The go or no-go decision is made on the morning of departure.
