Good afternoon. I would like to leave an honest review of this excursion. Positive aspects: 1. Transfer: punctuality and route planning. 2. Guide. Well-read, told a lot about the history of Thailand and about faith. 3. Route from the hotel to the "drop-off" point. 4. Nature. Everything was great. Negative aspects. What I would like to bring to the attention of the management. This is the hotel where we stayed overnight. 1. The hotel is old. The houses where we stayed overnight are made of chipboard, like in communal apartments. Everything creaks and crunches. The houses themselves are at a slight angle. 2. There is absolutely no soundproofing, you could hear someone snoring in the neighboring house. 3. You can hear someone going to the toilet. 4. The air conditioner makes a noise like a tractor, it is impossible to sleep with it. 5. After brushing my teeth and going out onto the veranda to enjoy a morning swim, I saw bits of toothpaste floating out from under the hut, which completely ruined my desire to swim. 6. The mattresses were so hard, I slept like I'd been run over by a steamroller. 7. The electrical outlets are a real perversion. 8. On the positive side, the hotel's location is right on the lagoon, offering a stunning view, but that's about it. Overall, the excursion was fantastic, but there are some things the management should consider. There are excellent new, significantly better hotels on the lake. Raise the price by 1,000-1,500 for a group excursion, but make sure your clients, even if it's just for the night, have a comfortable stay. Minus one star for the hotel. Thank you.
