An incredibly huge and beautiful lake, in which we even went for a swim (though only in life jackets). Special thanks to Victoria, who shared so much about both the history of Thailand and everyday moments. Thanks to her, the transfers between locations went faster. After the lake, we stopped at the spa, a small complex with pools of different temperatures. This is not my first time taking excursions from Treasure Island and I highly recommend it!

The lake is 10/10 beautiful! The rocks, the jungle, the water – amazing! Andrey, the guide, is the best; he tells interesting stories not only about the lake but also about the history of Thailand and the royal family in general, and he seems to know the answer to any question. There's a temple with a Buddha in a cave. It's a cool, walk-through location that sets the tone for a sightseeing tour in the morning. There were no monkeys, only one showed up and rejected the banana I bought. Lunch by the lake wasn't great, though: dry, tasteless fish, rice, and a strange soup. In short, it wouldn't hurt to bring a snack for lunch. The main disappointment was the hot springs at the end, for which I'm confidently removing a star. They're located on the hotel grounds and look like a bad 3-star hotel. I'm sure anyone who's been to decent hot springs will be disappointed. If I were the company, I'd remove or change this final location; it really ruins the experience.
I really enjoyed the tour to Cheow Lan Lake. The views of the lake itself were stunning, the cave temple we stopped at along the way was also incredible, and the monkeys living there were simply adorable; I'd go again just for them. And of course, the guide, Victoria, was very attentive and responsive, sharing fascinating insights into Thailand's cultural traditions and customs. The food was delicious, the boat ride was brisk, there weren't many people around, everything was on time—all in all, it was a dream. Thank you all for the tour!!!
Good afternoon, yesterday we went on the Secret Lake tour. We loved everything, especially the hot springs. After a long drive, the relaxation at the springs was fantastic. Our guide, Andrey, is a great guy, 10 stars. He's engaging and worthy of respect, shared many insightful facts, and was on the same wavelength with the group. His modesty is a true asset. Thank you for your hard work ❤️
🌿 Excursion to Cheow Lan Lake (Khao Sok National Park, Thailand) The trip exceeded all expectations! Cheow Lan Lake is an incredibly beautiful place: turquoise water, majestic cliffs, mist between the mountains – all this creates a feeling of complete unity with nature. Special thanks to our guide Andrey 🌺 – he was very attentive, took care of every detail, and shared so many interesting things about the culture, traditions, and religion of Thailand. Thanks to him, the excursion was not only beautiful but also very educational. There was a feeling of calm, harmony, and ease – a true journey into the heart of nature. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to see a different side of Thailand, far from the hustle and bustle of busy beaches. ✨ Incredible views, comfortable organization, and a warm atmosphere – everything is perfect!
Amazing, I dreamed of visiting this lake. I love places that are off the beaten path and not overly touristy. Special thanks to Andrey, who made this day as memorable as possible.
The views of the lake are simply breathtaking; I've never seen anything like it. Special thanks to our guide, Andrey, for helping us through a difficult time. I'd also like to point out that everything was planned very well: there were no lines or crowds.
I want to express my gratitude to my guide, Ksenia, and the Treasure Island team! I really enjoyed visiting Khao Sok National Park and the man-made Cheow Lan Lake. Ksenia shared a wealth of interesting information about Thailand, and it was a pleasure talking with her! We also had a delicious lunch with a beautiful view! And a visit to the hot springs! I highly recommend you!
I really enjoyed the tour; the lake is absolutely beautiful, mesmerizing. It was great that we had the opportunity to swim in it. I also loved the temple; it was great that we were the first ones there, without the crowds of tourists. Thanks to our guide, Ksenia, for the interesting stories and facts about Thailand; it helped while away the long journey.
Ksyusha and I went to Cheow Lan. We were incredibly lucky with the weather; we arrived at the temple first and had to wake up the monkeys. The lake is gorgeous, highly recommended. It's hard to believe it's an artificial lake.
