The price includes hotel pickup in Nha Trang and the return night-bus transfer, a Russian-speaking guide, hotel accommodation in Hoi An, meals as per the programme (2 breakfasts and 2 lunches), entrance tickets to all sites (Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountains, Hoi An), and medical insurance.
A separate transfer of 30 USD per car one-way applies for guests staying in the Cam Ranh area. You also cover personal expenses, souvenirs, additional drinks, and tips for the guide and driver. The core programme — Nha Trang transfer, accommodation, meals, tickets, and insurance — is already included in the tour price.
The group is picked up directly from your hotel in Nha Trang around 19:00 and boards a night sleeping bus to Da Nang. We send the exact pickup time and location the day before departure together with the booking confirmation. If you are staying in Cam Ranh, a private transfer to the pickup point costs an extra 30 USD per car.
The tour runs for 2 days and 2 nights: night 1 is the sleeping-bus transfer from Nha Trang to Da Nang (around 19:00–06:00), followed by two full sightseeing days covering Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, and the Marble Mountains. The return to Nha Trang is also by night bus, arriving the morning after the second sightseeing day. Plan for roughly 72 hours from start to return.
Both transfers are by air-conditioned night sleeping bus — a standard Vietnamese intercity coach with reclined sleeper berths. The sightseeing coach used in Da Nang and Hoi An has a 40-seat capacity for a group of up to 20, so there is plenty of space. Bring a blanket or warm layer, as the bus air conditioning runs strong.
This is a group tour with a maximum of 20 people. The minimum to depart is 1 person — the tour is not cancelled due to a small group. A small group lets the guide give attention to every traveller and move comfortably through Hoi An and Ba Na Hills.
The tour is led by a Russian-speaking guide: all commentary, historical context for Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, and the Marble Mountains, and all logistics are delivered in Russian. If your Russian is limited, please contact us in advance and we will brief you on the key practical details before the trip starts.
Yes, children are welcome on the tour. The child rate  applies to kids 100–140 cm tall, children under 100 cm travel free (without a separate seat or meal), and from 140 cm the full adult fare applies. Note that the programme includes overnight sleeping-bus transfers and active sightseeing days with cable-car rides, so it suits children who travel well.
The meal plan includes 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches: breakfasts at the hotel in Hoi An and lunches at Vietnamese restaurants during the sightseeing programme. Dinners and café drinks are at your own expense — convenient for sampling local food in Hoi An in the evening. We recommend bringing your own drinking water for the road.
The group stays at a hotel in Hoi An — a convenient location for an evening walk through the UNESCO-listed historic centre on your own. The specific hotel is assigned closer to the departure date; its category and conditions match the tour programme. If you have special requests (single room, specific bed type), please mention them when booking.
Bring water and drinks, sun protection (SPF 50+ cream, sunglasses, a hat, a long-sleeve shirt or pareo), comfortable shoes for walking around Hoi An and the Marble Mountain caves, and modest clothing covering shoulders and knees for temple visits. A warm sweater or hoodie is essential: Ba Na Hills sits at about 1500 m and is cool and often foggy. Also useful: phone or camera, cash for personal expenses, and a passport photocopy.
Bring a photocopy of your passport — the main page and the page with your Vietnamese visa or entry stamp. It is required for hotel check-in in Hoi An and for any en-route checkpoint inspections. We recommend leaving the original passport in your hotel safe in Nha Trang; a copy is sufficient for the tour.
