  • The islands are open to visitors from October 15 to May 15.
  • Children's ticket for ages 4-11 inclusive. Free for children up to 3 years old (no separate seat in the minivan).
  • The tour program may change depending on weather conditions, tides, and ebbs.
  • Pregnant women, children under 1 year old, and people with back and neck problems are not allowed on the excursion.
  • Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited on the islands (fine 5 000-20 000 baht).

Adam and I went on a Similan Islands tour on December 16, 2025. A driver picked us up from our hotel at 2:50 AM, and two and a half hours later we were at the pier, had a delicious breakfast, and then headed to the island. We were the first to arrive, just as the company promised 👌🏻 The islands are magnificent, incredibly beautiful. We saw a turtle while snorkeling—it was unforgettable! We relaxed on Princess Beach, enjoying the clear water and white sand. Thanks to the guide and everyone else for their care and assistance during the tour. I highly recommend your company 👍🏻

We went with Adam to the Similans on December 15, 2025. The tour and guide were fantastic. He explained everything very interestingly, made funny jokes, and simply kept everyone in a positive mood. An excellent excursion! We were picked up from our hotel in a comfortable minibus. We were treated to a delicious breakfast and given a briefing at the pier. We set off with a wonderful guide, Adam Khaidarov. He explained the itinerary for the trip for today, December 15, 2025. We were the first to the islands, which was wonderful. The observation decks were uncrowded, allowing us to take stunning photos. A huge thank you to the organizers of this trip! Rating: 5 out of 5.

The Simlan Islands tour is a must-see. It's simply a magnificent place. An early departure allows you to truly be the first to arrive on the islands. Thanks to the entire Treasure Island team, and especially to Yuri, for such a wonderful day on the islands.

The Similan excursion was indeed early; we arrived first. Our group consisted of 15 people, so everyone had plenty of time to take photos. By the time we set off to swim with the turtles, a crowd of tourists had already arrived on the island. As we departed, we saw that the turtles were apparently scared by the crowd; there were no more after us, so we were very lucky to see them and swim with them. Our guide, Victoria, was great, very active, taking photos of everyone and learning so many interesting things from her. And the team is fantastic, especially Olivka, a truly wonderful and positive person. We recommend everyone visit the Similans with the Treasure Island team and enjoy the island in peace, without the crowds.

We really enjoyed it, although the weather was unlucky. It was overcast, and when we were leaving the Similan Islands, it started raining. We saw a large turtle. The snorkeling near Princess Island was beautiful. We also saw a monitor lizard there. The atmosphere was very friendly, thanks to our super guide, Yuri. He's a very intelligent and educated young man with a great sense of humor. He told us so many interesting things. It was a pleasure talking with him.

The best excursion we've ever been on. Incredibly beautiful views, a friendly guide and crew, the best snorkeling with fish, coral, and a turtle, and delicious food—three times! We chose the earliest departure, hoping there wouldn't be many people, but what a surprise it was when we actually arrived at the island first. We had the entire island just for our group. It was definitely worth the early start. Overall, nothing but positive emotions. If you go to the Similans or anywhere else, go with these guys. We highly recommend it!

For comfortable planning, it's recommended to book a tour to the Similan Islands at least 3 days before your desired trip date. This is the minimum time for a guaranteed spot. However, during peak season (December-February), especially during holidays (New Year, Chinese New Year), spots fill up very quickly, and it's better to book 1-2 weeks in advance. The number of tourists in the national park is limited daily to protect the ecosystem, so when the quota is full, new bookings are not accepted. Early booking also allows you to choose a convenient date and get better transfer from your hotel.
January, February, and March are absolutely the best months to visit the Similan Islands with ideal weather conditions. Average air temperature stays stable around +30-32°C during the day, the sea warms up to a comfortable +27-28°C. The sky is predominantly clear and sunny, rain is virtually excluded (probability less than 5%). The sea is calm with minimal waves, making swimming and snorkeling maximally comfortable. Underwater visibility reaches 30-40 meters - ideal for observing marine life. Humidity is moderate, around 70-75%. This is peak tourist season, so book in advance.

Therefore, card payment terminals are not available. If you want to buy souvenirs at the small shop on the islands or leave tips for the crew and guide, bring cash Thai baht with you. Usually 500-1000 baht is sufficient. All main services (transfer, meals, equipment) are already included in the tour price that you pay when booking.
Yes, visiting the Similan Islands with children is quite possible and safe! It's recommended to bring children from 4 years old, as younger ones may find the long boat ride difficult. Choose Phi Phi if you want famous photogenic beaches (like Maya Bay), more opportunities for beach relaxation, cafes, and entertainment.
