Sky restaurant on Karon Beach at The Old Phuket. Dinner with a view of the sunset at a height of 50 meters. Sets: Seafood, Meat or Vegetarian. Each set includes an appetizer, main course and dessert. Duration: 60 minutes.

Salad with grilled prawns, zucchini, and mango, dressed with passion fruit sauce, topped with sesame and edamame.
Baked cobia with miso glaze, served on a bed of spinach and enoki mushrooms, with beurre blanc sauce.
“Volcano” dessert — meringue with mascarpone cream, fresh mango, raspberry and passion fruit sauce, spectacularly served with liquid nitrogen.
Set 2. Meat
Salad with grilled beef, quail eggs, cherry tomatoes, capers, and crispy parmesan, served with vitello tonnato sauce.
Duck breast with pasta on pumpkin purée, carrot confit, and pink sauce.

Set 3. Signature Thai
Octopus in green curry sauce with sautéed Thai eggplants and cha-om leaves.
Tom Yum with seafood — prawns, octopus, squid, mussels, sea bass, roe, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
