We were in an international group, but this didn't bother us or affect our comfort. Each language group had its own guide. For the Russian-speaking group, it was Sergey. We absolutely loved the tour, from the port, the boat itself, and the staff, to the beautiful locations, the vibrant photos, the longtail rides, and the snorkeling. The short stops and endless drinks and snacks made for a comfortable experience. I highly recommend Treasure Island!
