We had a wonderful guide, Ilya, on our tour. He told us a lot of interesting things about Thailand, accompanying everything with photos. There was a small interactive part. Even a 10-year-old would have found it interesting. The tour itself was well-thought-out, with locations and timings. The only thing I would have done is skip the Buddhist temple and leave a little later because it was very hot. But that's just my taste. We could have spent a little more time at the cafe by the glass bridge. The longtail boat was very comfortable; it didn't make us seasick. And the sparkling plankton and photos from James Bond Island—those were the experiences we came for. Thank you very much for the comfortable trip (a very nice minibus) and the engaging accompaniment. We wish the company success and prosperity. Sincerely, Maria and Anna from Moscow, January 6, 2026.
We really enjoyed it! The aurora, however, is nothing like the photo—it's more like glowing splashes at night. And you need to be prepared for the Muslim Roma village... mentally and physically :) Ilya was our guide on the Andaman Glow tour—his stories about Thailand and the Thai people made the time fly by. Ilya has a wonderful demeanor and a good eye—the photos turned out great. The whole tour was great, too. Thank you, Ilya!
We loved everything—both the program and the guide. The program was rich and varied, truly a wealth of experiences. Don't bring swimsuits; there's no swimming in the program. But that certainly doesn't spoil it. The guide created a pleasant atmosphere, sharing engaging insights into various aspects of the history of the places and peoples—geological, historical, religious, and cultural. He also suggested photo opportunities, and took them. 😊 The plankton is a real wonder!
We went on the "Andaman Glow" tour with Treasure Island on January 5th, 2026, with guide Adam. In a word: magnificent! Now, a little more detail. Pros: a wonderful program, rich and varied. And the highlight of this program is our guide Adam. He's incredibly knowledgeable, a wonderful storyteller, and passionate about his work and this country. It's nice when an interesting program is accompanied by engaging commentary. Adam also recommends good photo locations and takes the photos himself. The day flew by. First, we visited the White Temple, a beautiful and atmospheric place where it's pleasant to stroll, make wishes, and take beautiful photos. Then there was more: a glass bridge with a magnificent view. Words simply don't do it here—you just have to be there and admire what you see. The sea gypsy village is an amazing place that makes you look at the familiar and ordinary in a new way. And it gives you the opportunity to purchase amazing pearl jewelry. And finally, that very "glow" of Andoman. That moment of the excursion that gets mixed reviews: can you see it or not?... If you're going for photos for your social media pages, this is not the place for you. But if you want to be a part of something mysterious and magnificent, then this is exactly what you need! These scatterings of stars and diamonds under your hands will not leave you indifferent!... Cons. One downside: the vacation is ending, and we won't have time to visit anything else as interesting this time. But if we come here again, we know where to look for interesting programs – at "Treasure Island." And, preferably, with Adam.
We went with Adam on the Andaman Lights tour on January 5, 2026. Firstly, Adam is an incredibly good guide – unobtrusive, engaging, well-spoken, and passionate about his work. It's nice when someone is knowledgeable and can answer any question clearly and thoroughly. The minivan ride flew by while he explained everything. Secondly, I'd like to commend the organization. Everything was precise and on schedule, with no delays. We had enough time at each location to fully enjoy the views and take photos. No one rushed us or rushed us. We especially appreciated that the tour group was small, and we hardly met any other tourists (except on James Bond Island, of course, but even there it wasn't the peak season). Everyone was safe, accompanied, and assisted throughout. A huge thank you to the company for an unforgettable and action-packed trip; our trust in you was definitely worth it.
Yesterday we went on the Andamante Glow tour. Our guide, Ksenia, was simply wonderful; despite her broken voice, she continued to tell us stories and enlighten us! We're so grateful for how much she loves what she does! Everything was so well thought out, planned down to the minute! We were very pleased; everything was comfortable and perfect. And the most important reason for all this was to see the glow of plankton in the cave amidst the darkness. I haven't experienced such childish delight in a long time! Thank you, Treasure Island, for delighting my husband and me with various excursions in Thailand for the past two years! Wishing you success and prosperity!
A very good excursion through beautiful places. The floating bridge, the caves, the landing on Bond Island, and the longtail boat ride itself—everything was excellent and, most importantly, well-organized. Our guide, Vladislav (Luchik), was a great guy; he told us stories and was always with us. The only caveat is the long drive, but for a day trip to the mainland, this is simply something to be taken into account.
We were very pleased. The locations were beautiful, and the timings were convenient—with minimal crowds at each location. Our guide, Katya, explained everything very engagingly. The group was small. The lunch was delicious, which is rare for excursions. One downside for me personally was the lack of time to swim, even for half an hour. But we knew that in advance, of course. And we returned late, even though we were scheduled to return at 8:10 p.m.
An amazing tour! The guide Ilya was very engaging and answered all my questions. We were especially captivated by the glass bridge with panoramic views and the glow of the plankton ✨️
1. The transfer there is ok, but long. You need to get ready for a 1.5 hour drive. 2. The White Temple. It's beautiful, largely because it's brand new. There's no sense of prayer or any touch of history there. Instagrammers can take pictures in Thai outfits and hairstyles. 3. The Glass Bridge - beautiful views, beautiful photos. For an extra fee, you can have a cocktail in the restaurant. 4. The longtail is generally comfortable. Water splashes on the bow, but if you don't want that, you can hide inside. You can turn on music. 5. Stops - James Bond Island, Diamond Caves - beautiful places for photos. There were some other names of caves in the description, but I never realized whether we were there. 6. The Sea Gypsy Village - so-so. I mistakenly thought they were talking about a fishing village (we went to one in Vietnam, the experience was amazing). This is just a big village with a market on pontoons. I didn't see a single fish anywhere, including at lunch 7. The lunch buffet was very mediocre. The only seafood was shrimp the size of two fingertips. Obviously, that was the only thing included in the tour's budget, but why not offer an à la carte lunch option? My suggestion for Treasure Island 8. Oh, by the way, the Sea Gypsies are Muslim and don't drink any alcohol. The same goes for the first stop at the temple. If you want to drink beer during the tour, you must bring your own or buy it at the restaurant by the glass bridge. I also suggest Treasure Island warn you about this. Canoe and plankton. You're taken into a cave, and there, glowing plankton actually appears along the walls when it comes into contact with the water. If you stir the water with your hand, it creates a glowing effect. It's not visible in photos or videos. Overall, it's pretty cool. 10. But the eyes of the canoeists glow even more brightly, expecting tips (you can't go yourself, it's too dark). Yes, they're not rich, but their insistent demand for tips (like the Egyptian Bedouins who let you ride a camel for free but charge for taking it off) was, to put it mildly, irritating. Let me remind you that the excursion costs 3,300 baht per person. It's not a yacht, but a longtail boat, and the lunch isn't a proper buffet, with drinks you pay for (if you even want a cola), so it seems as if the company itself could have left a tip. But after receiving repeated recommendations to leave a tip (not small change, not 20s, but 50 and 100 baht—prepare it in advance), we were ready to pay, but without a million reminders!!! 11. Also inappropriate was the boatmen's search for Russian synonyms in front of my nine-year-old son and 60-year-old mother, in order to compare a rock they encountered along the way to a male reproductive organ. 12. The guide, Vladislav, was generally good. He was attentive and provided ample information. I don't usually write reviews, but he asked, so I tried to give the tour an objective rating. 13. Overall, the tour gets a B-.
